The strategic goal of the Joint Institute for Informatics and Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the area of ​​international scientific and technical cooperation and foreign economic activity is to develop the export of scientific and technical products and services, enhance the competitiveness of the institute's research in global markets, and establish sustainable international partnerships focused on achieving applied and commercializable results.
The Institute is building a powerful scientific and technical platform that combines competencies in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, geoinformation and space systems, digital healthcare, data mining, and robotics. The Institute's research is focused on creating modern software and hardware systems capable of solving world-class problems.
The Institute is expanding its partner network by collaborating with research centers in various countries and international organizations. Its priority is sustainable cooperation aimed at achieving practical results, joint research, and the creation of new technologies and innovative products.
The Joint Institute for Informatics and Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is developing the practice of international laboratories, research centers, and joint development platforms. An important focus is knowledge sharing, leveraging partner infrastructure, and integration into international scientific ecosystems.
The UIPI NAS of Belarus provides a wide range of scientific, technical, and innovation services, including:

• software and intelligent algorithm development;
• development of intelligent decision support systems;
• technological services based on its own supercomputer infrastructure;
• big data processing and analysis;
• earth remote sensing data processing services;
• creation of information, medical, cartographic, and management systems;
• development of hardware and software systems and prototypes;
• R&D and scientific and technical expertise.
• Databases, reliable computing power, modern modeling systems, and the broad competencies of its staff enable the institute to participate in projects of any complexity.

The Institute actively participates in international and national exhibitions, forums, and congress events, where it presents innovative developments in the fields of IT, artificial intelligence, supercomputer technologies, space systems, digital healthcare, and smart agriculture.

Marketing and information tools are being systematically developed, transforming the digital and media platforms of the UIPI NAS of Belarus into a fully-fledged international communications infrastructure. Using social media, multimedia channels, and online platforms, the institute actively promotes science, showcases the achievements of its staff and world-class projects, and generates sustained interest from the scientific community, partners, and potential investors.

Digital platforms are becoming a showcase for the institute's innovations: publications regularly reach hundreds of thousands of users in dozens of countries, stimulating lively discussions and engaging audiences of various levels—from specialists and researchers to business representatives and the general public. YouTube serves as an international platform for promoting scientific results, Telegram and Instagram ensure the rapid dissemination of news and content, and TikTok  engages young audiences and creates an additional channel for popularizing science.

This systematic approach not only effectively communicates scientific achievements but also strengthens the image of the UIPI NAS of Belarus as a leading scientific organization open to collaboration, innovation, and international expansion, creating conditions for knowledge exchange, partnership projects, and the promotion of scientific and technical products to foreign markets.
