On March 27, 2025, a meeting of the Dissertation Defense Council was held at the UIPI NAS of Belarus.
The agenda included the defense of the doctoral dissertation of Viktor Pavlovich Kochin, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Internationalization of Education at the Belarusian State University, Associate Professor, and Candidate of Technical Sciences.
The topic of the dissertation: "Methodological Foundations and Practice of Designing Complex Integrated Systems", submitted for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.13.01 - System Analysis, Management, and Information Processing (Engineering Sciences).
Following the results of a secret vote, the council decided to support the award of the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences! We congratulate Viktor Pavlovich on his successful defense and wish him new scientific achievements!
