Frequent updates of neural network capabilities, as well as controversial cases with the consequences of their use, encourage both scientists and the media to pay more and more attention to this topic. It is logical that Belarus plans to develop a concept for the development of artificial intelligence (AI). This was reported to journalists of the Navuka newspaper by Sergei Kruglikov, Director General of the United Institute of Informatics Problems (UIIP) of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
