A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Unite Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and ArchStroyConsult LLC at the TIBO-2026 International Forum in Minsk. The document formalizes the parties' intentions to develop scientific and business cooperation and collaborate in the fields of high technology and digitalization.

The agreement was signed by:

• Sergey Kasanin, Deputy Director General for Research at the Unite Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus;
• Alexey Khmelnitsky, Director of ArchStroyConsult LLC.

The signed memorandum aims to create synergies between advanced scientific research and practical solutions in the fields of construction and architecture, which, according to the participants, will open new horizons for the implementation of joint projects.

The TIBO-2026 forum brought together leading experts, government officials, and business representatives to discuss current trends in artificial intelligence and the digitalization of the economy and industry. The combined efforts of the UIIP of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and ArchStroyConsult LLC are a logical continuation of the commitment to integrating science and the real economy, as announced at the event.
