The 2026 Science Festival is in full swing!
05.09.2026
Today, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has become a veritable hub of science, technology, and discovery!
A spectacular opening, dozens of interactive areas, experiments, demonstrations, and—most importantly—a huge number of visitors. It's truly engaging for both children and adults: you can not only watch, but also ask questions, try things out, and interact with scientists.
The Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is presenting several developments:
A special highlight was a meeting with cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev!
The "COSMOS" lecture hall attracted a huge crowd—the questions just kept coming! Participants discussed life and work in orbit, space technology, the future of manned spaceflight, and the role of intelligent systems in space exploration.
The meeting was moderated by Alexey Belotserkovsky, Head of the Intelligent Information Systems Department at the Joint Institute for Informatics and Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Meanwhile, Sketchbot, a robot artist who can draw a portrait in just a minute, continues to attract viewers at the "Taste of Science" platform.
And tomorrow, it's time to get your SELFIE MIRROR! Look for it on the "Science and Innovations" magazine website, and be sure to tag @oipi_nanb in your posts—we'll share your photos!
The festival continues—we're waiting for you!
