Collaboration in Science: From Seminars to Specific Developments

As part of the development of the country's scientific and technological potential, a meeting was held between representatives of the Joint Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Research Institute for Applied Problems of Mathematics and Informatics of Belarusian State University.
Sergei Kasanin, Deputy Director General for Research at the Joint Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and Yuri, Director of the Research Institute for Applied Problems of Mathematics and Informatics of Belarusian State University, discussed cooperation in the field of information security.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for joint activities, including a thematic seminar in March on the legal regulation and regulatory and methodological support for the development of artificial intelligence technologies. Specialists from the Joint Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will discuss the institute's participation in the preparation of the model law "On Artificial Intelligence Technologies," adopted at the meeting of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly. They will share practical experience working on the document, and present the institute's key developments in the field of intelligent technologies.
This collaboration demonstrates a strategic approach to developing scientific and innovative resources and strengthens our country's position internationally in the areas of information security and advanced technologies.
