To develop a strategic partnership, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Association of High Technologies and Digital Infrastructure. The document was signed by Konstantin Shulgan, Deputy Director General for Digital Development, and Alexey Sventitsky, Director General of the Association.

The purpose of the memorandum is to establish and develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships aimed at expanding cooperation and synergizing efforts in the field of information technology. This collaboration will facilitate the exchange of experience, the implementation of joint projects and initiatives, the promotion of cutting-edge solutions, and the development of the technological environment in Belarus.
