“National security. Belarus-2026": advanced developments of the Joint Institute for Pilot Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the spotlight

The 3rd International Security Industry Exhibition "National Security. Belarus-2026" has opened in Minsk. The United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus presented its developments at this prestigious venue at the joint booth of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. This year, the institute's exhibit is dedicated to the practical application of AI for solving national security problems. Visitors to the UIPI booth can explore comprehensive solutions covering cartography, tactical analysis, and biometric identification.

Key developments presented at the exhibition:

  • a prototype of a mobile geographic information system developed based on the GIS-VN-2M complex (presented jointly with the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus);
  • s ignature authentication for paper documents or tablets;
  • software for detecting and tracking objects from unmanned aerial vehicles.
