The Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will resume accepting applications for pilot projects in the field of digital development on February 11, 2026. This year, the focus is on two key areas: "Data Mining" and "Solutions Based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Chatbots) in Statistics." This is an excellent opportunity for Belarusian IT companies to showcase their developments and contribute to the country's digital transformation.

Piloting digital technology projects provides companies with a unique opportunity to test their developments in real-world conditions, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

To participate in the pilot projects, you must prepare and submit an application using the established form by February 27, 2026 (inclusive). The application must be accompanied by a list of documents, including:

• A description of the project and its objectives;
• A copy of the pilot project implementation schedule;
• A copy of the pilot project's customer's written consent for its implementation, provided to the pilot project initiator;
• copies of documents on the pilot project's implementation experience in similar projects.
• In general, piloting a project involves the following stages: application submission, review, project assessment, Council decision on feasibility, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation of its effectiveness, decision on the feasibility of scaling the project, and publication of successful projects on the Showcase. And then comes the most important step: scaling the pilot project.
