The United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus held its annual meeting of the primary trade union organization. The event served as a platform for discussing the trade union committee's work results for 2025, as well as plans for the current period.

Yuri Vladimirovich Zubkevich, chairman of the primary trade union organization, presented a report on the work accomplished. In his speech, he highlighted the organization's achievements, noting the team's active participation in implementing measures aimed at protecting employee interests and improving social and working conditions.

The meeting was attended by 104 registered participants, demonstrating the high level of employee engagement in the union's activities.

The key issues discussed during the event were:
- the trade union committee's report for 2025,
- the audit commission's report for the same period,
- approval of the report on the implementation of the income and expenditure budget for 2025,
- planning and approval of the income and expenditure budget for 2026,
- analysis of the implementation of the collective agreement for 2024–2027 for the second half of 2025.

The event was attended by Ivan Andreevich Baranovsky, Chairman of the United Sectoral Trade Union Organization of Workers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, who noted the importance of the active participation of institute employees in dialogue with representatives of trade union organizations for further successful work to ensure workers' rights.
