We're used to taking pride in the cleanliness of our streets, but like the ecology of our surroundings, it begins not with the street sweeper's broom, but with each of us. On Thursday, a unified information day on the topic "Ecological Culture – Everyone's Responsibility" will be held in the conference hall of the Joint Institute for Informatics and Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

At the upcoming meeting, you will be able to learn:

What place does Belarus rank globally in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals?

What is a circular economy? And where should laminated paper be disposed of: in a plastic bin or a paper container?
What legislative changes should dog and cat owners be aware of?
How can we help preserve the country's forests and protect water resources?
And what are the dangers of Sosnowsky's hogweed and Canadian goldenrod?

The second part of the meeting will feature a gala awards ceremony for employees celebrating anniversaries. Come support your colleagues!
